In -class or Digital / Virtual (Zooming) Lessons:

1. The Digital Virtual (Zooming) course consists of 20 hours from home and requires mandatory attendance by students enrolled on the course.
2. The 10 hours home links must be done by students from home at his/her convenience.
3. The pass mark for in class and in-car lessons is 80%.
4. All assignments must be done by the students at home at (Student Workbook). Office will not accept any assignments by email.
5. MTO Approved online course includes 20 hours BDE Course and 10 hours home link. Passing rate in class and in the car is 70%.

In-car Training:

1. The start of the in-car training can be before, after or during the classroom training right after the full payment of fees.
2. All in car training is to book directly through our office administration.
3. Driving Lessons cancellations must be made DIRECTLY to the Office Administration/ Instructor at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the driving lesson; otherwise the lesson is regarded as taught and student pays the full charge.
4. The Instructor has the right to terminate practice if the student deliberately breaks the law.
5. The in-car training Customised Packages consists of 14 lessons (45 minutes) in total. This is packaged as 2 lessons (90 minute lessons) or 1 hour each time in the car.
6. Please always wear glasses or contact lenses if specified by the Ministry of Transportation at your license.
7. The Instructor waited 15 minutes for the student. Students MUST wait 30 minutes.
8. The maximum daily behind the wheel training for each student shall not exceed 2 hrs/day  (4.1.4)
9. Beginner Driver Education course must end no more than (1) year from the start of the BDE Course Instruction (3.1.9)
10. The maximum daily behind-the-wheel training provided to each STUDENT following 5 hours of classroom instruction shall not exceed 1 hour/day (4.1.5)
11. Students should book appointments for Road Test through drivetest.ca. Our office or instructor should be notified for any change of Road Test appointment which is made by a student.
12. Make sure to have a minimum one hour lesson before the time of the test to review and get to the test center.
13. Any inquiry of subsequent services (like an extra individual training, G1 & G2 road test for students, or student references), should be directed through our administration.
14. If students arrange any extra individual training with the Instructor it is not the school’s responsibility to reimburse any fees to the student.
15. Students must sign all in-class and in-car documents according to their driver’s license.
16. Students can obtain a certificate from Service Ontario by asking Student Record.
